About Us
NT Gate Repair is a family owned and operated company. We provide all manner of residential and commercial gate and garage door services, including repairs, sales and installations in the North Texas (NT) area. Although NT Gate Repair is a new name, we are not a new, start-up company.
We’ve been servicing the needs of North Texas for 9 years now.
There is no job too small or too large for us and we will give you the personal and professional service that you want and deserve. It may be a bit old fashioned but we back that claim with our name and a handshake.
Ask our customers about us and you’ll find a group of friends that we have satisfied time and again with our personal and professional customer care. These references are not friends because we grew up with them or because of a financial relationship, but because we took care of them in their time of need and we valued our relationship, even if it meant not turning a profit every time.
We service and sell many, if not all, brands of garage doors and gate openers. We offer you exactly what we want if we call a service person to our home for help: A free, honest assessment of your equipment and your personal situation and needs. We then give you a quote we stand behind, both before and after the sale and installation. We try very hard to have what it takes to service your needs right then, and the right way.
We really do everything within our power to arrive at your place with everything we need to fix your problem immediately. Occasionally we do have to run and get parts because it is sometimes impossible to have all parts for every occasion. Things do happen in life and in business and if it does, we will talk with you up front, explain and hurry back.
If we claimed absolute perfection, that wouldn’t be honest with you. But if we claim to be reaching for perfection, then we are saying that we will do our very best to fix your door or gate, at the price we’ve agreed upon, as soon as humanly possible. And we stand on this promise with our word and a handshake.
